Since 1997, the Fairfield search companies have recruited executives and technical personnel.

We specialize in "needle in a haystack" assignments — searches for individuals with unique skills who are difficult to locate. Our research and sourcing resources are among our strongest assets.

We work on a contingency basis, focusing on serving entrepreneurial businesses who do not have large recruiting teams. Our goal is to provide affordable, high-quality service.

Although our past clients have included Fortune 500 firms, we generally work with small to mid-sized companies. Most of our clients are technology-oriented, or are seeking to fill technically-oriented roles.

Dan founded the Fairfield recruiting companies in 1997, originally helping software companies recruit programmers and technical executives. He and his team have subsequently worked with both startup and Fortune 500 companies involved with high-tech manufacturing, hardware engineering, analytical instrumentation, energy services, and more. Dan is the author of Career Psychology and has a background as a licensed counselor with expertise in career development.
